Is doing bba from sikkim manipal university distance education good?

i recently passed class 12 cbse with 50 percentage but i did not pass the bba entrace test so i am planning to do bba through sikkim manipal university distance education but iam want to know that does this degree has the same value as regular bba course and after doing bba from this university can i get addmission in mba in any reputed university or i am planning to go for ba regular and then going for mba which is better please help
