Run an engineering/contracting company?

I'm very interested in engineering and business. Civil engineering is the main degree but would a bba in general business help and then eventually an MBA and Masters in engineering management help? Preferably run a major company but if I must I'd start my own. Also very interested in petroleum engineering. Advice please? Civil eng./bba dual? Maybe masters in petroleum eng. too.
