Sims 3 stuck installing?

I installed my sims 3 game and It got stuck on file 3 out of 237 so i left it and about and hour later it was on file 207 with three minutes remaining, but its been stuck on that for half an hour so i was just wondering if there is a quick fix or has anyone been stuck on 3 and had the same thing happen and if it did, did it get stuck again but just continue. Im planning on being patient for at least a day.
