Why is it hard for me to divorce? how can i confront him?

I don't know where you live, but i know if you truly want a divorce then there are ways around it (if that what you want) Your ex husband is trying to hold on to you and his child for his own good reason, but if you two have been separated for an year then that should give him him know to move on with his life. If he want too continue seeing his child then be it, he can. Don't take that away from him, but i let him know you or someone else have to be there too. Look just because he (ex husband) want you back and you do not want him back you want a divorce. You can should let this stop you for living and love this other man. Like i say it other way around this on divorce this guy if that what you want. Talk to your ex and let him know where you stand tell him you and something else or someone else he can continue seeing you all child because that his right and the law but you move on with your life and so should he. So girl, if that want you a divorce the so be it, get it. And for your ex who care, move on.
