Me and my friends dont hang out like we used to?

well im 16 i have a group of friends that i knew since i was in middle school / elementary school but know that we are in high school we dint hang out Alto well its about 5 or 6 of us that would hang out when we were younger its like i ditched them sometimes i fell weird to ask them to hang out sometimes my friends hang out together but its like we went our separate ways cause i do sports in the winter so i dint have time to hang out and when i want to it feels weird to ask i have other friends but i would like to hang out with my old friends from the block i dont know what to do
