Can i get my nose back to its shape without any side effects?

Dears.i am going to be 30 soon and i got my nose hit by cricket bat accidently.which pushed nose to right a bit.it happened when i was 14.i think my right nostril is pressed also i get problem wearing glasses for long time resulting into headache as it remain twisted.can i fix it back to normal.
