Why, oh why, oh why...does he do this...?

OMG, he has no clue really Im thinking. In a nutshell, we dated 7 months, he broke up with me 4 months ago...(he is wanting to get married again (hes a widower) and I am separated two years.)..he started dating new gal 1 month ago from Plenty of fish....(she "went after him" he says...he has since then texted/emailed me ever since we broke up..about everyday "stuff" and comments about things..and his accomplishments (while he's on a date with her no less!!) We still remain "friends" (as far as he's concerned!) me, not sure I can do this since I still like him lots!! which he knows...we chat...I am trying to be civil and friendly to him still...but I can only take that much without breaking up completely) He says our breakup was especially "hard".We car pool together and are on same sports team..and now he thinks its ok for him to ask if I want to carpool with him and his new g/f (she hangs out while he does his sports) He knows how I felt about him and how upset I was when we broke up...yet, he is clueless...especially when he thinks I would be OK with him having his new g/f along for the ride..!! He said that it "bothered him" when he saw me with another guy several weeks ago...!! Is he that stupid that he doesnt realize, that NO, I do not want to be the "third wheel" in this scenario.. My skin is not that thick...and yeah, it hurts me so much.WTF??
